With the end of term quickly approaching and Christmas getting closer, we have listed a variety of festive events that are local to our schools in Hertfordshire.
Hopefully this is helpful to anyone looking for family activities to do during the 2023 Christmas holidays.

> Tue 28th Nov – Tue 2nd Jan | Hemel BID Christmas Present Trail | The Marlowes & Old Town | Hemel Hempstead
There will be 8 giant presents located throughout the Marlowes and up into the Old Town. Each present will display a letter for people to collect and decipher a word. Pop the answer sheet in the post-box in the Marlowes shopping centre, all correct entries will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a £200 gift voucher.
> Sat 18th Nov – Sun 24th Dec | Santa’s Woodland Grotto | The Marlowes Shopping Centre | Hemel Hempstead
Visit Santa’s Woodland Grotto; tiptoe your way to the forest nook and sit yourself on the Woodland Throne for a festive selfie. Visitors will have the opportunity to decorate a wooden tree bauble and make some ‘Magical Reindeer Dust’. Finally, the guests can enjoy a one-on-one visit with Santa himself where he will gift you with a little festive treat.

This year Santa invites you to an enchanted Forest Glade, to meet his magical reindeer, play games with the Forest Flight elves and, of course, learn to fly in his famous sleigh!
