The School Council is an elected group of children who meet weekly to discuss their school. The children, ranging from Year 3 to Year 6, chat collectively about ideas on how to improve the school, ideas to assist with its organisation and share feedback from good practice. As well as all this, the children decide how to raise money for charities. It is a communal group which will ultimately be led by the Year 6 children. Their notes and suggestions are then fed back to the teachers.

Charity Fundraising
Throughout the year, the School Council will support different charities by raising money and awareness. They are kick starting the year off by supporting Children in Need in November 2020.
If you have any ideas of what we can all discuss at our weekly meetings, please let your child know and they can inform their class School Council member.
